About HelpMeClean
HelpMeClean is a family-owned house cleaning company run by Patricia and Victor Santoro, a married couple. HelpMeClean has been in business since 2015. The company is Santoro Enterprises LLC, and it's a women-owned business.
How we work
- We start with a visit. Before we clean, we come to your home, walk through it with you and hear what matters most. The estimate is free.
- Everything is on a checklist. Every service has a written list of what's included and what isn't.
- We bring the supplies. Every product and piece of equipment comes with us.
- Prices are published. Starting prices for every core service are on our pricing page.
- We fix what we miss. Tell us within 72 hours and we'll come back and touch it up for free.
Meet the owners
Patricia Santoro
I came to the United States from Brazil in 2015. I didn't speak much English yet, so I looked into what work I could start with, and house cleaning was the one that made sense.
Around that time Victor started working with senior care clients, and they had nobody they trusted to clean their homes. I began cleaning for them, and I found I liked it more than I expected.
I like cleaning and organizing, and I always have. My mother taught me that a home should be clean and in order, and I still clean my own house that way. My mind feels lighter in a room that's been put right, and the work settles me.
We started HelpMeClean that same year. We clean homes and small offices across Manatee County, and in Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota and Longboat Key.
What keeps me in this is the change you see in a home when we're finished, and what that does for the family living in it. I clean with care and attention, and I teach the girls on my team to work the same way. Customers see the difference.
I want them to feel satisfied the moment they walk in, into a home that's clean, organized and smells good, and free to spend their time on their family, their business or something they've been wanting to learn, while we take care of the house.
Victor Santoro
Victor co-owns HelpMeClean with Patricia and runs the business side. Most days that means backing her up on whatever the work needs, from fixing the car to calling the insurance company to washing a load of cleaning rags. He also walks Diamond, the family dog.
