Deep cleaning
A deep clean covers the whole house, including the places a quick clean skips: baseboards, door frames, blinds, fans, vents and window sills. For a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home it starts at $400. We bring all supplies, and your exact price is confirmed at the free in-home estimate.
When a deep clean makes sense
- Before starting regular cleaning, so each visit keeps up a clean home
- After pollen season, which is at its worst in March and April
- Before guests arrive or after they leave
- When you get back for the season

What we clean
Kitchen
- Appliances cleaned inside and outside, with a light clean inside the fridge
- Outside of the range hood, top and front
- Counters cleaned and sanitized, backsplash cleaned
- Sink cleaned and chrome shined
- Cabinets cleaned on the outside
Bathrooms and laundry
- Tile walls, tubs, showers and shower doors cleaned
- Sinks, vanities, mirrors and chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
- Toilets and seats cleaned and sanitized
- Counters cleaned and sanitized, cabinets cleaned on the outside
Throughout the house
- Baseboards, doors and door frames cleaned
- Blinds and shutters dusted
- Window sills and ledges dusted
- Inside glass cleaned on windows we can reach from the floor
- Fans dusted, vents and AC vents dusted
- Chandeliers cleaned, except intricate or delicate pieces
- Cobwebs removed
- Furniture, decorations, knickknacks and lamp shades dusted
- Chairs and couches vacuumed, beds made if needed
- Carpets and rugs vacuumed, hard floors vacuumed and damp mopped, closet floors vacuumed
- Sliding door glass spot-cleaned on the inside, tracks cleaned
- Front door cleaned inside and outside, entry swept
Two-story homes
- Stairs vacuumed or mopped
- Handrails and banisters dusted and wiped
Not included
The garage and the lanai aren't part of a deep clean. Add garage or lanai sweeping, or ask about our lanai and sliding glass door package.
Worth adding
- Grout cleaning, $50–$75 per room. Grout cleaning
- Full fridge clean, $30–$50. Shelves and drawers out, washed, wiped and put back.
- Inside cabinets, $50–$100.
- Doors and walls washing, $50–$100.

A note on mold
We clean bathroom tile, tubs and showers as part of every deep clean. Mold that goes beyond a surface clean needs a licensed mold remediator in Florida, and we don't offer that service.
