Grout cleaning
Grout on tile floors and shower walls darkens over time, and mopping alone doesn't bring it back. We clean grout room by room for $50 to $75 per room, added to any cleaning visit. It pairs well with a deep clean.
Where we clean grout
Our photos show grout we've cleaned in kitchens, living areas, bathrooms and showers, on small and large tile.

How we clean grout
- We apply a grout cleaner to the lines.
- We scrub them by hand with a stiff grout brush, and use a scrubbing machine on larger floors.
- We rinse and wipe the tile when we're done.

Questions
Do you clean grout?
Yes. We apply a grout cleaner and scrub the lines by hand with a grout brush, or with a scrubbing machine on larger floors. It's $50 to $75 per room and can be added to a cleaning visit. We don't seal grout.
How much are add-ons?
Fridge cleaning is $30 to $50. Inside cabinets are $50 to $100. Lanai or porch sweeping and garage sweeping are $30 to $100 each. Washing doors and walls is $50 to $100. Grout cleaning and carpet washing are $50 to $75 per room.
What's the difference between a regular cleaning and a deep clean?
A deep clean covers everything in a regular visit plus the details that build up over time: chandeliers, fans, vents, cobwebs, window sills and ledges, doors, door frames, baseboards, blinds and shutters. In a two-story home it also covers the stairs, handrails and banisters. A deep clean is the usual first step before regular visits.
