Terms of use

Effective date:

These terms cover your use of helpmeclean.com, which is run by HelpMeClean (Santoro Enterprises LLC).

Prices on this site

Prices on this site are starting prices for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, or ranges for add-ons. Your price depends on your home and the service you choose, and it's confirmed at a free in-home estimate before any work is scheduled. Home organizing added to a cleaning visit is priced per space within the ranges shown; organizing on its own is priced at the estimate. Office and storefront cleaning and the lanai and sliding glass door package are priced at the estimate.

Estimates and services

An estimate request doesn't commit you to book. The services we provide, and what each one includes, are described on our service pages and confirmed at your estimate.

Our touch-up promise

If you aren't completely happy with a cleaning, tell us within 72 hours and we'll come back and touch it up for free.

Payment

We accept cash, checks, Zelle and major credit cards.
