Every service follows a written checklist, and we bring all supplies and equipment. Prices below are starting prices for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Your exact price is confirmed at the free in-home estimate.
House cleaning

Lanai and sliding glass door package
We dust and wipe lanai furniture, vacuum lanai rugs, dust fans, clean outdoor kitchen countertops, clean the outside of the grill and appliances, and clean the sliding glass door inside and outside. We price the package at your estimate.
Home organizing
Closets run $50 to $200, pantries and kitchen cabinets and drawers $30 to $100, and garages $100 to $300. Optional bins, baskets and labels run $25 to $100, billed at cost. Home organizing
Offices and storefronts
We clean offices and storefronts, including ground-level windows and sliding doors. Commercial work is priced after a free walkthrough. Commercial and office cleaning
What we don't do
We don't offer post-construction cleaning, rug cleaning, or outside window washing for homes. The inside glass on windows we can reach from the floor is part of a regular cleaning. Mold that goes beyond a surface clean needs a licensed mold remediator.
