Move-in and move-out cleaning
A move-in or move-out clean is our most complete clean. It covers everything in a deep clean plus a full clean of the fridge, inside and out. In an empty home we also clean inside the cabinets and drawers. For a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home it starts at $500, and the price is the same for a move-in or a move-out.

- Every appliance cleaned inside and outside, including the fridge

- Tile walls, tubs, showers and shower doors cleaned
- Sinks, vanities, mirrors and chrome fixtures cleaned and shined

Throughout the house
- Baseboards, doors and door frames cleaned
- Blinds, shutters, window sills and ledges dusted
- Inside glass cleaned on windows we can reach from the floor
- Fans, vents and AC vents dusted, cobwebs removed
- Chandeliers cleaned, except intricate or delicate pieces
- Closet floors vacuumed
- Carpets vacuumed, hard floors vacuumed and damp mopped
- Sliding door glass spot-cleaned on the inside, tracks cleaned
- Stairs vacuumed or mopped, handrails and banisters wiped
- Front door cleaned inside and outside, entry swept
Not included
The garage and the lanai aren't part of a move-in or move-out clean. You can add garage sweeping or lanai sweeping ($30–$100 each). We don't offer post-construction cleaning.

Move-in and move-out cleaning starts at $500 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Larger homes cost more. Your exact price is confirmed at the free in-home estimate, which we can usually schedule within 24 to 48 hours.
