Privacy Policy

Effective date:

This policy explains what information helpmeclean.com collects and how HelpMeClean (Santoro Enterprises LLC) uses it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request an estimate, you give us details like your name, phone number, email, address and information about your home. The form is on our own website. Netlify, our web host, receives and stores the submission and emails it to us, and Zapier, an automation service, copies the details into Jobber, the scheduling software we use to manage estimates and jobs.
How you found us. Your estimate request also includes how you reached our site, such as the website or link that sent you, the page you first landed on and the date. Your browser keeps this note for up to 90 days, and you can clear it by clearing your browser's site data.
Calls and emails. If you call or email us, we keep the details you share so we can answer and schedule your service.
Website usage. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your device type, browser and approximate location.
