Recurring house cleaning
We clean your home on a set schedule: every week, every two weeks or once a month. Each visit follows the same written checklist, and we bring every supply. For a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, weekly visits start at $180, visits every two weeks at $200, and monthly visits at $220.

The first visit is usually a deep clean, which costs more than the visits that follow. It gets the house to a clean baseline so the regular visits keep it there instead of chasing a backlog. We tell you the price for both at the estimate, before you book anything.

Kitchen
- Counters cleaned and sanitized, backsplash cleaned
- Sink cleaned and chrome shined
- Appliances cleaned inside and outside, with a light clean inside the fridge and the top of the fridge wiped
- Outside of the range hood, top and front
- Cabinets cleaned on the outside
Bathrooms and laundry
- Counters cleaned and sanitized
- Sinks, vanities and chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
- Tile walls, tubs, showers and shower doors cleaned
- Mirrors cleaned
- Toilets and seats cleaned and sanitized
- Cabinets cleaned on the outside
Living areas and bedrooms
- Furniture, decorations, knickknacks and lamp shades dusted
- Chairs and couches vacuumed
- Beds made if needed
- Carpets and rugs vacuumed
- Tile, wood and laminate floors vacuumed and damp mopped
- Closet floors vacuumed
- Sliding door glass spot-cleaned on the inside, and the tracks cleaned
Entry
- Front door cleaned inside and outside
- Entry floor swept and cobwebs removed

Some jobs don't need doing every week, so we rotate them.

We don't clean intricate or delicate chandeliers.
