What a deep clean covers, room by room
Regular cleaning handles the ongoing upkeep. A deep clean reaches the areas that don't get attention on every visit, including fan blades, vents, sills, door frames and baseboards. The checklist below comes directly from our service guide.
Kitchen
- Appliances cleaned inside and outside, with a light clean inside the fridge
- The outside of the range hood, top and front
- Counters cleaned and sanitized, backsplash cleaned
- Sink cleaned and chrome shined
- Cabinets cleaned on the outside
Bathrooms and laundry
- Tile walls, tubs, showers and shower doors
- Sinks, vanities, mirrors and chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
- Toilets and seats cleaned and sanitized
- Counters cleaned and sanitized, cabinets cleaned on the outside
Around the rest of the home
- Baseboards, doors and door frames
- Blinds and shutters dusted
- Window sills and ledges dusted
- Fans dusted, vents and AC vents dusted
- Chandeliers cleaned, except intricate or delicate pieces
- Cobwebs removed
- Furniture, decorations, knickknacks and lamp shades dusted
- Chairs and couches vacuumed, beds made if needed
- Carpets and rugs vacuumed, hard floors vacuumed and damp mopped, closet floors vacuumed
- Sliding door glass spot-cleaned on the inside, tracks cleaned
- Front door cleaned inside and outside, entry swept
In a two-story home, the stairs get vacuumed or mopped and the handrails and banisters get wiped.
What isn't included
The garage and the lanai aren't part of a deep clean. You can add garage sweeping or lanai sweeping, or book the lanai and sliding glass door package.
Mold that goes beyond a surface clean needs a licensed mold remediator in Florida. We clean bathroom tile, tubs and showers, and we'll tell you if something looks like more than that.

A deep clean starts at $400 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, $480 for a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, and $560 for a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home. For any other size, the price calculator will show you. Your exact price is confirmed at the free in-home estimate.
Add-ons people often pair with a deep clean: a full fridge clean ($30 to $50), inside cabinets ($50 to $100), and grout cleaning ($50 to $75 per room).
